"Journey To My Mother`s Table" contains Turkish recipes from my mother`s, my friends`, and my own "tables", along with many memories. The memories and wonderful tables we shared with our mothers have gradually grown with us, have reached to our children and grandchildren. As the "generation of 68", my friends and I were raised with the standarts and values of Atatürk`s teachings by our parents, teachers, and the village institutes.  In my life, I have always believed that cozy "sofra" "dining table" or " meal" harbours shared sadness and happiness with friends.
