You would be fairly confused reading this enormous collection. At times you will see the 5, 10, 27, 83 or 100 features of the perfect leader, and at other times you will be asked to ponder whether leadership is learned made. You will read passages by the same author, which say the charismatic leader is both demonized and idealized, or that the perfect leader is either a listener or an orator.
